I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist, member of CIMSPA (the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity), an ISSA certified Run Coach and am currently studying for the UESCA Ultra Running Coach certification.

My approach is all about a personalised training plan tailored to your specific and individual needs, especially as there is no single ‘one-size-fits-all solution’ to training, especially when it comes to Run training plans or Endurance sports ‘strength and conditioning’ training. I will discuss your personal training plan and fitness goals with you, in depth and honestly, to make sure that you receive a complete personal service that incorporates as much, and where possible all, of your circumstances, creating a unique training plan based on your goals, likes, dislikes and personal preferences.
